Bed Bug Infestation Continues to Increase

Why are apartments, hotels, and rental facilities being sued?
While bed bugs have been around since the beginning of time, and they have certainly caused their fair share of problems over the years, the recent increase in bed bug infestations in this country is alarming. From luxury hotels to apartment buildings and furniture rental stores, the growing bed bug population is appearing everywhere.

Unfortunately, many bed bug cases are the result of a landlord, hotel or rental facility manager being aware of a bed bug infestation, but failing to do anything about it.

Compensation for the families

If you or a loved one has been the victim of bed bug bites, and you believe they are the results of the negligence of a third party, you may be entitled to compensation if you file a bed bug lawsuit. Filing bed bug lawsuits and winning a case will require some planning, which a bed bug injury attorney can help you accomplish.

Exposing guests to bed bugs is usually in breach of that and therefore under certain circumstances, you may be entitled to financial compensation for the losses you experienced due to bed bugs.
